All factories must pass our 8-step technical audit, including 3rd-party certifications (ISO/SGS) and sample testing. 

In specific industries, selected suppliers must meet EU/US compliance requirements.

Door-to-door shipping 

From container loading to customs clearance and final-mile delivery – we handle all logistics with real-time tracking. 

By sea

  • To US main ports: 22-28 days door to door
  • To EU main ports: 38-45 days door to door

By train

  • To EU: 20 days door to door, but subject to weather conditions

By air

  • To EU/US: 5-12 days. door to door

As a standard package you'll receive a Delivery Notice including:

  • Bill of Lading (B/L) draft
  • Container loading report with photos and seal numbers
  • Packing list

If you have asked for onsite quality control (optional), you will also receive:

  • Pre-shipment inspection report

Our Delivered-at-Place (DAP) Service handles everything - from factory to your warehouse. Our local customs broker will contact you when goods are arriving at your port. 

We also track the vessel real time for delay predictions and notify you by email.
